Howdy & welcome to KRA’s website! I always head to the about page whenever I want to learn more about a company, so here is a little bit about me.

Although originally born in Virginia Beach, VA, I have called Texas home for more than half my life. In 2014 I came to College Station to study Business Finance at Texas A&M University. Real estate and finance go hand and hand, so my transition was seamless! I jumped into real estate my last semester of school and graduated in the summer of 2017.

Since 2017, my passion for real estate and helping people reach their real estate goals has grown tremendously. I loved it so much, that I decided to pursue my Real Estate Broker’s license. KRA was born from the idea that I could best serve my clients on my own terms. It also helps to know that I can spend more time with my husband Blake & my son Archer!

In 2019 we purchased our first home: a 1952 fixer upper. We learned A LOT during the process of remodeling the house (some lessons harder than others haha!) and loved it so much we bought another 1952 charmer as an investment property in the same neighborhood a few years later! We are now in the middle of our next project: a 1940 remodel & we couldn’t be more excited. I love getting to share my experience and lessons learned with my clients if they are interested in going the same route.

When not doing real estate (and sometimes while doing real estate) you can find me hanging out with my family at local restaurants, doing a DIY project, or training for the next triathlon.
